When a user seeks recommendations from ChatGPT, the chatbot can now tap into the inventory of Shopify merchants, allowing immediate purchase options. The process will be seamless, eliminating the need for potential customers to be redirected to external links or websites. Once a purchase is completed, the orders will seamlessly integrate into Shopify’s software platform.
